ESSEC - Chair of Diversity and Performance: coursework, program and curriculum

Coursework

To become an alumnus of the ESSEC Chair of Diversity and Performance students must:

1. Complete two compulsory courses:

  • MGTM 31233 “Managing Workforce Diversity” (offered in T2)
  • MKGM 31413 “Luxury Brand Management ” (offered in T1, T2 and T3))

2. Complete the Chair Seminar MGTM 31407 “Diversity and Performance Chair Seminar” (taught over T2 and T3)

3. Complete a Research Project


The group projects will be based on topics agreed upon by the Chair's Steering Committee (Professors and Representatives of the Partners) and will start at the beginning of T2. The chair seminar series will include guest speakers who are specialists in the relevant areas supporting student projects. At the end of T3 the groups will present their projects to members of the Steering Committee and also hand in written reports.
